Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects when you use the contact form, how it's used, and your choices around it. This site is a personal freelance portfolio — it does not run ads, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts.

1. What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect only what you enter: your name, your phone number or email, the type of project you're enquiring about, and any project details you choose to share.

2. How it's collected and stored

Form submissions are sent to a private Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script, and I also receive an email notification for each submission. Google, as the infrastructure provider for Sheets and Gmail, processes this data on my behalf under its own security practices — I do not have any other third party involved in storing or processing your enquiry.

3. Why I collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you. I don't use your details for marketing, and I don't add you to any mailing list without asking first.

4. Sharing

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It's used only by me, to respond to you.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. The only external services this site talks to are Google (for the contact form, as above) and WhatsApp (if you choose to message via a WhatsApp link).

6. How long it's kept

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or, if we go on to work together, as part of normal project and business records. You can ask me to delete your enquiry data at any time.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you by emailing bhagyashri.chudji@gmail.com. I'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. External links

This site links out to WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Once you leave this site through one of those links, their own privacy policies apply — I have no control over how they handle your data.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
